At Wigginton Dental Practice we pride ourselves on providing friendly quality care in a relaxed environment. The practice is long-established and lots of our patients have been with us for many years.
We are a largely private practice, although we are able to see children under the NHS.
By operating as a private practice, we are able to provide you with the best possible care. We can focus on your individual needs, spend more time on your care than would be available under the NHS, and concentrate on maintaining or improving your dental health and hygiene.
Our patients have told us that they appreciate the time that we are able to spend with them and value the care that they receive from the whole team. See our Testimonials page.
It is our aim to keep treatment to a minimum, and to help you look after and preserve your teeth and gums. Please see our guide to caring for your smile.
We provide a wide range of Services and Treatments, from simple fillings to cosmetic orthodontics and teeth whitening. Most of our patients are treated under our Denplan Care scheme, which allows you to spread payments over the year. Please see our Denplan page for further information.
Jon took over at Wigginton Dental Practice from Keith Lofthouse in 2017. Jon and Rachel have lived in Wigginton for many years, so looking after their home community is a dream come true. It has always been a family practice, and we pride ourselves on the personal, friendly and professional service that we provide.
The practice has always developed to keep up to date with technology and developments in dental care.
The Practice computerised in 2006, introducing state-of-the-art digital x-rays and intra-oral cameras.
In 2010 we undertook some major building work, putting a second storey onto the building. This created space for an extra surgery and a dedicated sterlisation room, keeping up to date with current best practice.
We continue to add and upgrade our facilities over time, such as the addition of patient-facing computer displays in 2017 and Airflow dental cleaning technology in 2018
